5–Month Program
We encourage you to email any questions you have at any time about anything to do with your business. We will focus each month on a specfic subject; however, we do not need to be limited to these particular subjects. This is just a guideline to get started.
Month 1—Identify your Ideal Client and Core Marketing Message
- Assist you in developing a detailed description of your ideal client and core marketing message
- Focus on your website, review and offer suggestions. For those who don't yet have a website, we will offer suggestions to help you get started. Joel has operated Spinhead Web Design since 1996; so he knows what he's talking about.
- Receive The Commonsense Virtual Assistant and Self Promotion: Getting Started. These products will help you see what you need to do to run a business, now that you are a business owner, and how to get started marketing yourself
Month 2—Develop Marketing Materials for Your Target Market
- Focus on any marketing materials you may have and help you create ideas for marketing to your target market

For over 25 years Sue Canfield, Virtual Office Administrator and Owner of Awesome Assistant, has helped small business owners with administrative tasks. Since she officially began working as a VA in 2005, she has worked with over 30 clients to help them grow their businesses, specifically by using online marketing strategies such as email newsletters, blogs, articles, and social networking. Her mission is to partner with her clients to create and implement strategies to promote their businesses. Sue assists Joel in coaching other virtual assistants.
